A Licensed Massage Therapist since 2014, Kat Brosnan is the owner of Renew From Within and has certifications in Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, and Therapeutic Cupping.

She has helped clients with fibromyalgia, arthritis, migraines/headaches, Lyme disease, and so much more. Kat is committed to helping people improve their quality of life and overall health. She’s passionate about what she does and is most intrigued by helping clients who have chronic conditions, injuries, and autoimmune diseases.
