Reserving your Appointment:

Peak hours are late afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Be sure to schedule as far in advance as possible to ensure the desired time, day or service provider. If available, same day reservations and walk-in guests are welcome. All appointments must be reserved with a credit card that must be left on file. If you will be attending our spa and have a gift certificate, please mention this at the time of booking.  No shows or Late Cancelations will not be tolerated, and you will forfeit any deposits and may be responsible for paying remaining balance.

Punctuality:

Guests are asked to arrive 10 minutes prior to scheduled time. First time guests, are asked to complete a health history form. If you shall arrive late, your service provider may not be able to provide the entire length of your service to ensure not to inconvenience other guests.

Gratuities:

Gratuities are a personal decision and left to the discretion of our guests and the level of satisfaction. If you desire to tip, we have smart tipping options with our card reader, or the general average is between 15-30%.

 

 

No Show Policy & late cancelation:

Consideration of others is super important, and we do not condone or consent to no shows of any form, for any reason. If you do not show up to your appointment or fail to cancel within 24 hours of your session, you are responsible for paying the late cancelation fee of 50%, same goes for no shows. Your card on file will be charged. If you have a pre-paid credit on file, it will be deducted from your account to pay for our staff's time.
